This Code of Conduct and SR has been audited by different external companies to verify its compliance.
In 2021, besides, Grau, S.A. presented the I equality plan of the company, with the aim to actively promote the effective equality of women and men and non-discrimination based on sex.
The equality plan (2021- 2024) represents the company’s ongoing commitment to gender equality and includes different measures to help promote and improve equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, as well as eliminate any discrimination that may be donated on the basis of sex.
