SOCIAL ACTION

Grau, S.A.’s Code of Conduct and Social Responsibility, establishes a series of principles and requirements in the production center that allows a responsible and equitable social behavior that improves the working conditions of all of the employees, while contributing to social and economic development.

This Code of Conduct and SR has been audited by different external companies to verify its compliance.

In 2021, besides, Grau, S.A. presented the I equality plan of the company, with the aim to actively promote the effective equality of women and men and non-discrimination based on sex.

The equality plan (2021- 2024) represents the company’s ongoing commitment to gender equality and includes different measures to help promote and improve equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, as well as eliminate any discrimination that may be donated on the basis of sex.
