QUALITY CONTROLS

During the whole productive process, we realise rigurous controls to ensure we meet the quality standards requiered by our customers and the market.

  • We realise a piece by piece control of each set, with its inspection sheet indicating defects and ensuring traceability (demerit point system).

  • Laboratory studies
  • Shrinkage
  • Solidity (water, acid sweat, alkaline sweat, saliva)
  • PH
  • Pilling (Martin Dale, Pilling Box, Pilling Drum)
  • Resistance/endurance
  • Seam sliding
  • Colour differences (selvedge-center)
  • Weight
  • Water repelency
  • Repellency to chemicals (Standard EN 368)
